Born in 1970 in Illinois, Nick Offerman’s rise to the top has been a slow one. He initially started out in repertoire theatre, working as both an actor and fight choreographer. It was a move to Chicago in the 1990s that saw Nick Offerman's career path change for the better. During his time on the improvisational comedy scene, he would cross paths with Amy Poehler, who he would later work with on the hit comedy show Parks and Recreation.
After meeting his wife, Megan Mullally, Offerman would later appear on her smash hit show Will and Grace, before taking roles on more popular comedies and dramas, including The West Wing, Monk, Deadwood and Gilmore Girls. He’s also established himself as a popular live performer, with his stage variety shows drawing crowds of thousands.
